Soon you will be hitting the road with delivering Amazon packages. Below are some important details. If you have questions, just email us @ info@323logistics.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Training: Once you have finished all forms, videos, background check, and drug screen, then comes new hire training. You will need Chrome or Firefox to view the classes correctly from a tablet or computer. If this is not possible we can have you come into the office and use a Kindle device from training. Day one begins at 8 am and is completed at home. You will receive login info the day before once we receive it from the training department. The start time for day two will be given to you by the trainer on day one.

Schedule: Currently we are scheduled for a 12:20 pm load out time but we strive to be ready @ 12:05 pm, your start time will be 12 pm daily.
ADP: I have attached the ADP onboarding form so I can get you set up in our time clock system. On your first day at the station, I will take your documents to verify for I-9 paperwork. You will receive an invite once I enter all of the info to complete your I-9 and review other documents before your first day. You will need to download ADP mobile on your phone to clock in/out for your shift and lunches daily.
Apps: You will receive an invite to Mentor DSP (by eDriving), and from Amazon Chime, as well as setting up Amazon Flex in training. Please accept these invites and notate all usernames and passwords so you are able to access it on your first day.
